I really like the flavor on this one i used it by itself on back day and legs had really good workouts just the right amount of caffeine i also like the formula as i have a few just pump formulas that will pair with this would definitely recommended it and i will order again want to try some of the other flavors also i add beta alanine and creatine to this makes it a great preworkout
