I’m such a fan of Jay’s products. I feel amazing using all his products. The glutamine is definitely a staple in my supplements. Definitely helps with recovery. I also pair it with Generate after my workouts for maximum recovery.

This product mixes well and has no taste, which is great. I am not sure if I'm seeing results from taking it though, as all of its supposed benefits are really difficult to notice. Is it strengthening my immune system? Is muscle recovery significantly greater than without glutamine? I can't tell honestly, but I don't believe that is specific to the Cutler brand but rather any glutamine supplement.
