I’ve been using creatine for over 40 years now and this is the best creatine I’ve ever used mixes instantly in water it’s not gritty. Very good results. Return a little more water around my muscles which is what I want for size. I recommend Cutler Nutrition products to anyone that I know that works out and runs even bicycles. You definitely get what you’re paying for very good products.
