Creatine 100 serving size. Mixes with anything hot or cold. At 68 I've noticed increases in muscle fullness and recovery. Also is a good supplement to aid in cognitive health although not oroven but i have noticed increase in memory and alertness.

Been using Creatine for 2 years, started out to help with recovering from a shoulder injury, also read a case study that it is helpful in the delay of Parkinson’s. Essentials Creatine devolves easy, and I find it adds more to the swole feeling, and not off putting chalky feeling.
