Great Product not the biggest fan of the taste.
Used ut for about a month now, not enough to see any dramatic change obv, I am 5'9" 225 prob in the 12-15% BF range. Def not stage ready unless we're talking 30 years ago lol.
Point is, I've used thus in conjunction with other supplements and have only seen progress, def less sore, unless it's leg day, nothing can change that idt.
I'm a fan.
I only consume 1 scoop, on workout days and during my workout with about 16 oz of water.
