-Will Jay write a special message on my order?

Unfortunately, No Jay will not be able to customize any orders with special messages. (Please bring any item you wish to have a special hand written quote or message to any of Jay's appearances) ALL PICTURES & POSTERS ARE PRE AUTOGRAPHED

- If I made an error when I ordered and received it already, can I get my money back?

Yes, please contact us at info@jaycutler.com within 2 days when order is received.  Once we respond back sender must purchase a pre-paid label back along with the item.  WE WILL NOT be able to issue you a REFUND/EXCHANGE if we haven't received the merchandise back first.
