Shipping, Subscriptions, & Discounts:

In accordance with New York State law, many of our weight loss products are only permitted for purchase to persons over 18 years of age. By New York State law, we are required to ship any orders containing a weight loss product for delivery to an address in New York with a signature and ID verification. It is your responsibility to ensure that if you are having an order shipped to any address in New York that you will be available to sign for the package with photo ID. We are NOT able to refund or reship orders that are not claimed or signed for. 

Shipping and Returns – International Policy

All international orders are subject to the same shipping time as domestic orders. Our goal is to process orders for shipping within 48 hours.Tracking information is provided automatically and emailed once your package ships. It is important to note that on international orders, customers must
accept that it is their responsibility for the package to deliver once it has shipped from our warehouse. All sales are final on all international sales and no
returns will be considered. All refunds will be determined on an individual basis; lost items are deemed the customer's responsibility and damaged
packages are the only packages that will be reshipped. Packages with missing items must be reported within 72 hours of the package having been marked as delivered. 

Any packages returned to us by the designated carrier because the customer was not available to receive the package or due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to additional shipping costs to reship. 

Subscription – Shipping, Renewal and Cancellation Terms.
If you go to the Website to purchase a product, you may have the option of buying a product one time, or purchasing a subscription. If you purchase a subscription, it is automatically billed based on the frequency you can choose at the time of signing up to the credit card you provided when you purchased the subscription and mailed to you, until you cancel the subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time, however, you must cancel or make changes to your subscription twenty-four (24) hours prior to your next shipment going out in order to not receive your next scheduled order or change your subscription. Discounts:

Discount codes cannot be stacked or combined with any other discount or promotional offer.

Clearance (must-go stock) item sales are final. Due to the heavy discount these items receive, we will not accept returns, exchanges, or allow refunds.
Discounts cannot be stacked or combined with discounts accrued from points/rewards. We cannot process refunds honoring both on the same order. 
Free Gifts with Purchase or Mystery Item Gifts with Purchase are also exempt from returns or exchanges.

Returns - International Policy

Refunds are issued to the credit card or payment method used in the transaction. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any packages returned to us by the designated carrier because the customer was not available to receive the package or due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to additional shipping costs to reship.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returns must be started through the “Contact Us” form or by email cs@jaycutler.com

All international sales, outside of the US, are final and are under no circumstances eligible for a refund. All items must be pre-approved for return by emailing us or contacting us through the “Contact Us” page.
