Shipping & Returns

In accordance with New York State law, many of our weight loss products are only permitted for purchase to persons over 18 years of age. By New York State law, we are required to ship any orders containing a weight loss product for delivery to an address in New York with a signature and ID verification. It is your responsibility to ensure that if you are having an order shipped to any address in New York that you will be available to sign for the package with photo ID. We are NOT able to refund or reship orders that are not claimed or signed for. 

 

Returns – Domestic Policy

Cutler Nutrition items are backed by a 30-day from-order date money-back guarantee for all orders. Orders canceled prior to shipment are entitled to a full refund.

We will provide and pay for a return label if the mishap (incorrect or defective item) is our error.

Any apparel or Schiek accessories purchased from JayCutler.com accepts exchanges under the following terms:

1) Items must be unwashed, unworn, must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

2) Items can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase date.

3) Items must be in original condition as received.

 

For all returns:

  • A prepaid return shipping label MUST be sent by JayCutler.com. Failure to comply with using our return shipping label will delay your refund or cause it to be incomplete.
  • Returns are processed within 2-5 business days after your item(s) are received at our facility.

Once opened and used, any apparel or Schiek accessories purchased from JayCutler.com are not eligible for a return or refund.

Refunds are issued to the credit card or payment method used in the transaction. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any packages returned to us by the designated carrier because the customer was not available to receive the package or due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to additional shipping costs to reship.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All international sales, outside of the US, are final and are under no circumstances eligible for a refund. All items must be pre-approved for return by emailing us or contacting us through the “Contact Us” page.

Clearance (must-go stock) item sales are final. Due to the heavy discount these items receive, we will not accept returns, exchanges, or allow refunds. 

Free Gifts with Purchase or Mystery Item Gifts with Purchase are also exempt from returns or exchanges.

Subscription – Shipping, Renewal and Cancellation TermsIf you go to the Website to purchase a product, you may have the option of buying a product one time, or purchasing a subscription. If you purchase a subscription, it is automatically billed based on the frequency you can choose at the time of sign up to the credit card you provided when you purchased the subscription and mailed to you, until you cancel the subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time, however, you must cancel your subscription twenty-four (24) hours prior to your next shipment going out in order to not receive your next scheduled order. Shipping and Returns – International Policy

All sales are final on all international sales and no returns will be considered. All refunds will be determined on an individual basis; lost items are deemed the customer's responsibility and damaged packages are the only packages that will be re-shipped. All import duties/taxes/customs fees are the customer's responsibility, we cannot reimburse customs or import fees.
