Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Cutler Nutrition, your satisfaction matters. We offer a straightforward and transparent return policy inspired by industry leaders to ensure a smooth and fair experience. Returns and Exchanges are only accepted with return labels generated and emailed by cs@jaycutler.com. International orders are not eligible for return or exchanges.
Cutler Nutrition items are backed by a 30-day from order date money-back guarantee. Orders canceled prior to shipment are entitled to a full refund.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of your order date.
To qualify for a refund:

Products must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging

Items must be in unused condition
- All promotional items, bundles, and free gifts included with the order must be returned.
Products that do not meet these conditions may be eligible under our Opened Product Policy below.
2. Opened Product Policy
Because supplements are consumable, opened items cannot be fully refunded.
However, we do offer two flexible options:

50% Refund — Return the opened item and receive 50% of the purchase price as a store credit.

50% Discounted Exchange — Exchange the opened product for any replacement item at 50% off the replacement product’s retail price.
Opened product returns must still be initiated within 30 days of the order date.
3. Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Returns are only accepted with return labels generated and emailed by cs@jaycutler.com.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible products within 30 days, including:

Wrong item received

Damaged or defective products

Opened-product exchanges (50% discounted replacement)
Products sent in for exchange must be unopened unless covered under the Opened Product Policy above.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery
- We will provide a prepaid return label

A replacement or full refund will be processed once the issue is verified
No restocking fee applies to defective or incorrectly shipped items.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

7. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin the process:

Email cs@jaycutler.com with your order number and the reason for your request
- Our team will review eligibility and provide return instructions
- Once your item is received and inspected, your refund, exchange, or 50% refund/discount option will be processed promptly
8. Refund & Processing Times
- Refunds are issued 3–7 business days after your return is delivered and inspected
- Refunds are issued to the credit card or payment method used in the transaction.
- Exchanges and 50% discounted replacements are processed within 2–3 business days
9. Purchases from Third-Party Retailers
Returns and refunds for products purchased outside our official website must be handled directly with the retailer. We are unable to process returns for third-party purchases.
10. Apparel and Accessories
Any apparel and accessories, including Schiek products, purchased from JayCutler.com accepts exchanges under the following terms:
Exchanges/returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.
The item must be unwashed, unworn, free of stains, deodorant/makeup marks, and show no signs of wear.
The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging (as received). If any tags are removed or the item is removed from a sealed bag, the item is not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping and Returns – International Policy
All international orders are subject to the same shipping time as domestic orders. Our goal is to process orders for shipping within 48 hours.
Tracking information is provided automatically and emailed once your package ships. It is important to note that on international orders, customers must accept that it is their responsibility for the package to deliver once it has shipped from our warehouse.
All sales are final on all international sales and no returns will be considered. All refunds will be determined on an individual basis; lost items are deemed the customer's responsibility and damaged packages are the only packages that will be re-shipped.
