-Can I return an item? or exchange an item?

Yes, contact us prior to return to see if you qualify,so we can help you with returning merchandise.  Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue a refund Please email info@jaycutler.com for assistance.)

Cutler Athletics accepts exchanges under the following terms:

1) Items must be unwashed, unworn, must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

2) Items can only be exchange within 30 days of purchase date.

3) Items must be in original condition as received.

4) A prepaid shipping label MUST BE PURCHASED by SENDER in order for Cutler Athletics to ship back exchanged item(s) to buyer FIRST (labels can be purchased at http://usps.com or any usps store) FAILURE TO
PURCHASE A PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL WILL RESULT IN PACKAGE BEING
REFUSED AND SENT BACK TO SENDER.

5) Returns are processed within 2-5 business days after your item(s) are received at our facility.
