    Immediate results and great quality

    Jay has talked about the fat gripz in many of his videos. On that advice I earlier bought a cheap pair of knockoff grips, which literally tore apart the first use. These Fat Grips are super high quality and easily pliable getting on and off the bars. Also, I was totally stoked to feel the difference in load on the biceps. Over 4 weeks I’m seeing immediate results. Great product, Jay

    Fat bar training at it's best

    Allows me to take a fat bar with me where ever I go. I travel around the world on my military duties and many places just don't have fat bars, now I have one in my bag for any occasion.

    JAy Cutler Fat Gripz

    These grips are GREAT!!! I wish I had used them way before now. The stress they take off the joints in instantaneous!! It puts the movement directly into the muscle and not the joints. I would recommend the Fat Gripz to EVERYONE!!
