Use it every morning before my workout mix it with my L-caratine. Not much of a taste just a white powder. the flavor comes from the tropical flavor of the L-caratine. Love the combo mix.

I’ve used every creatine brand out there and this is one of the few that does not cause any stomach issues and mixes easily. This product must have the highest grade of creatine in it or something. This creatine just works. Stay consistent with it 5 grams a day and see the results.

Great Product
As a 59-year-old I could use all the help I can get. Since I've been taking Cutler Essentials Creatine over the last year I have actually put on some size which makes me feel great. It makes me even more motivated when you notice results. So I will continue to use creatine before my workouts and the days I don't work out. Thanks Jay for making such a great product.
